In the center is a black and white photo of a light-skinned nude fat person lying on their stomach propping their upper torso up just enough that you can begin to see their cleavage. Their short hair is neatly combed to the side. Their slightly squinted eyes smile directly at you, as a person off camera presses cake into the pictured person’s mouth using an index and middle finger. Frosting smears the lips, right cheek, and hand of the photographed person, and you can see their naked and clean (for now) shoulders and legs extending behind them.
